Use the pin wheel pattern to add a small accent to a shirt or create an elaborate design on a dress or a skirt!

Make with gem pen and transfer film or the BeJeweler. Use Swarovski hot fix crystals or your choice of embellishments. Enlarge pattern easily if desired. Pattern can also be used with appliqué, paints and embroidery.
