The city of love. Design is 4" W x 4" H. Requires approximately 86 size 3mm crystals for the circle and 86 pcs for the Eiffel tower.

Make with gem pen and transfer film or the BeJeweler. Use Swarovski hot fix crystals or your choice of embellishments. Enlarge pattern easily if desired. Pattern can also be used with appliqué, paints and embroidery.
