**Please note due to the large order volume, all orders placed on Black Friday and Cyber Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday November 28, 2017.**

Your order will often be on it's way to you on the same day - unless it's a weekend or holiday. If you need it fast choose the expedited shipping method to meet your time frame. If questions, please let us know.

Shipping Options:
Creative Crystal offers a variety of shipping options beginning at $6.50 USD for North America and $28.00 USD for the rest of the world (varying based on destination). These options will be displayed at checkout.
Please note: All orders are sent as a tracked package.

Free Shipping:
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all North American orders over $99.00! 

*Please note that free shipping is applied ONLY to orders that have a FINAL SUBTOTAL (including discounts) of $99.00 or more.

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). All orders are handled in the sequence received. Fulfillment time rarely exceeds 48 hours.

NOTE: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods:
Currently, the lowest shipping option available is Canada Post - Tracked Packet. However, an Express option are available at an additional cost. Please note that the delivery times stated are approximations.

VAT & Import Duties:
VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. Creative Crystal does not include these extra charges in the prices displayed on our website. These taxes are chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on our site.

Note: These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.

Tracking Numbers:
We provide delivery confirmation so you can track your packages. Once the shipper shows your package has been delivered to your location, neither the Postal Service or our company is responsible if the package is lost, stolen or misplaced. For tracking numbers and other details, log in to and view your account details.

If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot provide delivery confirmation, we will send a replacement order at no cost to you. If the carrier has proof of delivery, but you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness.

Damaged Packages:
Should a package be damaged in transit, the original shipping box must be kept and available for inspection. Contact our Customer Service department at +1 (844) 422 4464 or email customer service within 3 days of receipt.
