Choose the wrong color or size?

Most products can be returned or exchanged. If the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.

Package damaged when you receive it or items missing

Contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt. The original shipping container and all contents must be kept available for inspection by the shipping company. If the shipping company cannot contact you or you do not follow these requirements, no credit can be issued.

How to return / exchange an item.
Contact us within 10 days of receipt for an RMA number. Help us help you:

  • Ship within 4 days of receipt of the RMA number.

  • Pack the items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble added envelope.

  • If possible include a copy of the invoice - if not please include a note with your contact information and the order number.

  • Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and on the invoice.

  • Record the tracking number and save until you have received credit.

  • It is recommended you insure the package since we cannot issue credit if the contents are damaged or lost in transit.

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Special / custom orders (includes all Swarovski Products)

  • Opened packages (rhinestone packages, kits)

  • Download files

  • Clearance items

  • Gift certificate

  • Items damaged by misuse or wear

All returns must be pre-approved and the RMA number should be on the outside of the package as well as inside. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized returns. Make certain you include a copy of your original invoice. We recommend using a shipper that provides a tracking number. Ship to:

If your return is not a result of a Creative Crystal error, we will not refund the original shipping fees. This is applicable to orders that are subject to Free Shipping as well, as all shipping costs are subsidized by Buy Sell Fast, Inc.

In addition, the customer is responsible for all charges related to shipping the product back to Creative Crystal in order to process a return.
