Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with our products. If we make a mistake, let us by calling 941.388.7770 (9:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST Monday through Friday) or emailing us with 3 days of receipt of the order (click here). 

Choose the wrong color or size? Many products can be returned or exchanged. If the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.

Package damaged when you receive it or items missing? You must contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt. The original shipping container and all contents must be kept available for inspection by the shipping company. If the shipping company cannot contact you or you do not follow these requirements, no credit can be issued.

To return any item, contact us with 10 days of receipt for an RMA number. We cannot issue credit with this authorization. To make certain you receive credit for your authorized return, please:

• Ship within 4 days of receipt of the RMA number.
• Pack the items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble added envelope.
• Include a copy of the original invoice.
• Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and on the invoice.
  
• Record the tracking number and save until you have received credit.
• On the invoice, note the item(s) being returned and the reasons for the return.
• It is recommended you insure the package since we cannot issue credit if the contents are damaged or lost in transit.

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

• Special / custom orders
• Opened packages (rhinestone packages, kits)
• Booklets, CD, glue
• Download files
• Clearance items
• Gift certificates
• Transfer film
• PTFE sheets
• Items damaged by misuse or wear

Limitation of Liability
Gemcraft Enteprises, Inc shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Gemcraft Enteprises, Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a Gemcraft Enteprises, Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Gemcraft Enteprises, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Gemcraft Enteprises, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Gemcraft Enteprises, Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Gemcraft Enteprises, Inc without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
